Guess Who’s Back…
… back again.
I have been so busy with work and I can’t express how grateful I am. I started writing down my goals and manifesting the life I want. I even made my first vision board and put it away so I could focus on the moment I am in. Within the first month of starting my manifesting, I was offered a promotion at work with the exact schedule and job I wanted without even saying anything to anyone. Mind you, I just started this job January 16th of this year. I am truly grateful for the growth and changes that have already taken place for the year 2025. I even started printing templates from Google images so I can track my bills, debt, and spending. I am manifesting that I will be debt free BEFORE the end of this year. I also printed a monthly subscription template, well actually I printed two. On the first one I wrote down all of my subscriptions and even included the yearly ones. I included their due dates and the amounts. From there, I went through to see what I could cancel or bundle and then on the second template I wrote the subscriptions I was keeping and the new difference in total monthly/yearly cost. I then took that number and applied it to my budgeting for debt paydown.
I started writing down my manifestations for the next day before I go to bed. It includes answers to questions like, “How do I want to feel today?”, “Who do I want to be today?”, “What do I want to receive today?”, “What do I want to give today?”. Then, below that, is a gratitude section. It says, “I am grateful for:”. Next is the affirmation section where I describe what I want to manifest in the present tense and with emotion. Last is Visualization. Visualize yourself receiving it and describe how you feel. Once I am done, I put it away and then don’t review it until the next day, right before bed, when it is time to do the next day’s manifestation journaling.
I took up this form of relaxing and resetting before bed because I have been doing a lot reading and research lately on the power of our subconscious and conscious mind. I have been prepping my subconscious for the next day. I give the same example every time. When I started working at Ford, I started seeing Fords EVERYWHERE and same with Toyota. It wasn’t that there were more Fords/Toyotas on the road, it was just my mindset was completely focused on Ford at one point and Toyota at another. What you have your mind set to, it will automatically search and find those things for you. So when you have negative responses, thoughts, outlooks…. well, your mind is going to constantly be searching for it. There is one thing specifically I read and it stuck with me. We can condition our brains anyway we CHOOSE. So if we start to have a negative thought, take a second to write it down and then below it write the positive alternative to it or a positive in the situation at hand. or in your day. By doing this exercise, you are training your mind to always find the good or the positive and eventually you won’t have to pause and write it down. Your brain will just automatically be trained to do it. I don’t care for anyone’s excuses of why they can’t see they positive or why they can’t change their mind set. If a woman can tell herself she is pregnant and her brain receives the message and starts changing her body and stopping her period all because of her mindset and beliefs even though she is not pregnant… then how could you think it’s unrealistic to change your mindset from something simple like negative to positive….. I challenge you to do some research about your subconscious mind and how big of a part it plays in your self-doubt, fear, and lack of motivation. It is truly amazing the power we have over our mind and life. I used to think it was BS, the whole change your mind and you will change your life saying. I can personally say, I have seen more growth in these past two months than I have seen in the past 10 years. You are in control of what you tell your mind. It takes daily work just like when you are building up strength in the gym. IT TAKES WORK. Some of you are going to read that last sentence and say “I am too lazy”… yeah because you are telling your brain to believe that so it acts accordingly. It’s a daily choice that you have to make over and over again. It is no one’s responsibility but your own to get your life and mind in order.
Time for you to write..
Let’s envision you are making a vision board right now and putting together what you want your future to look like and the thing s you want to manifest. What are some things you would leave off of there because it doesn’t seem “realistic” to you? For example, you want to start earning a six figure income but you think it is not realistic to put that because….. and write it out. You want to buy your first home but you think it’s never going to happen because….. You want your own place and your own car but you don’t see it happening because…..
Then I want you to put together a mini vision board list and include those things you want to see in your future. I don’t care if you think it’s attainable or not. WRITE IT DOWN. Let God, the Universe, or whoever you believe in take over from there. What is the worst that can happen from you writing it down? It just doesn’t happen? Okay….. so you have nothing to lose then. Buying your first home, buying a new car, getting a promotion, getting a job offer with a specific schedule and pay (and write down that exact schedule you want and that pay), write all of it down no matter how far off or impossible it seems. Then, put the list away and set a reminder to pull it out and review it in six months. In those six months, work on telling your mind every single day what you want it believe. If you want to be a business owner then every day I want you to wake and say, “I am a business owner”. Every. Single. Day. You have to tell your brain what you want to see. You have to speak as if it is already done so your brain starts acting accordingly. “ I am a homeowner” “I am so thankful for my promotion” “I am excited about my new car” ….. Your subconscious works in overtime so make sure the little bit of consciousness you have is feeding your subconscious all the things you want to manifest. Start dressing for the position you want. Get a keychain for your new house keys. Get an air freshener or some decor for your rearview mirror that you are going to put in your new car. You can either start today, right now…. or you can continue being miserable for the rest of your life till you die…. ball is in your court. Make your choice and make sure you don’t drag anyone down around you.
